Bright red fruit, strawberry and red berries. Crisp anddry, but with a pleasant hint of fruit sweetness.

Rich, deep red blend that includes Syrah, Mourvedre and Viognier. Dark berry fruitfollows through onto a juicy,

An elegant, classic style of Merlot withdistinctive plum flavours and soft tannins.

MAN Family Skaapveld Syrah – Stellenbosch | R175 OR Per glass | R60

An elegant and distinctive style of Syrah with well rounded fruit on the palate and soft juicy tannins.
Skaapveld refers to the grazing land for sheep thatadjoins many of the vineyards in the region.

Jordan Merlot – Stellenbosch (no added sulphur) | R180

Natural winemaking becomes easier with healthy grapes which meant this vintage of merlot did not need
added sulphur. The wine has ruby hues with ripe plummy aromas, juicy blackberry fruit flavour with
delicate hints of spice and almonds.

Leeuwenkuil Shiraz – Swartland | R210

A medium to full bodied wine made in the traditional style with a smoky, scented bouquet and excellent fruit concentration.

Doolhof Pinotage – Wellington | R235

A mocha explosion with dark chocolate, rich black fruit,almonds and black cherries on the nose.

All these elements follow through adding complexity and depth on the palate.
