A catch up with Graham Isaacson, Chef & Owner of Lime Tree Cafe.
In the restaurant business consistency is key.If you know Graham Isaacson’s history as a restaurateur, you will know that his new venture, Lime Tree Cafe, is going to be a roaring success.
One thing that struck us immediately was the visual feast that each dish provided as it left the kitchen. Gorgeously towering burgers and beautifully stacked salads were carried out to our fellow patrons, which made us very keen to get stuck in.
The Lime Tree serves café style food like fresh contemporary, earth friendly and universally pleasing meals. At the deli you will find fresh and free range goods, food gifting, bottled goods including jams and honeys, sauces…
Lime Tree Café and adjacent Olio Pizza will launch towards the end of September in Sherwood Centre Children’s Way Bergvliet.
Having launched the Spaanschemat River Café on Uitsig some years ago Graham Isaacson sold the business back to the farm after four very successful years and went off to explore other opportunities.
The Lime Tree Café is a lovely community restaurant and deli nestled in the suburbs at the Sherwood Centre in Bergvliet. The special boards change daily, and the indoor and outdoor seating are always bustling with activity.
